Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using any digital service, mobile workflow, or web application (“Service”) provided by New Life Landscape LLC (“we,” “our,” “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Description of the Service The Service enables Company employees and authorized contractors to capture, upload, and transmit purchase receipts or expense documentation to QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) for internal accounting purposes only. The Service is not offered to the general public. 3. Authorized Users Only personnel explicitly authorized by Company management may access the Service. User credentials are personal and must not be shared. 4. User Responsibilities – Submit only accurate, lawful, and business-related receipts. – Do not upload content that infringes any third-party rights or violates applicable law. – Maintain the confidentiality of login information. 5. Data Processing & QuickBooks Integration By using the Service you authorize the Company (and its Service providers) to transmit receipt data—including images, purchase amounts, vendor names, and related metadata—to QBO under Company’s QBO subscription. 6. Intellectual Property The Service, including all software, text, and design elements, is property of Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Service. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. 10. Modifications We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of 〈Colorado〉 without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 12.
